    The East Bank Amateur Basketball Association (EBABA) was founded in ????, Guyana (GUY). Its primary objective is to promote, supervise and govern the playing of amateur basketball in the East Bank Demerara as stipulated by the Guyana Amateur Basketball Federation (GABF).
    In addition, to its local obligations, the EBABA has the responsibility of preparing the male and female East Bank teams, to represent the villages at any regional  tournaments.
