    The Berbice Amateur Basketball Association (BABA) was founded in ????, Guyana (GUY). Its primary objective is to promote, supervise and govern the playing of amateur basketball in Berbice as stipulated by the Guyana Amateur Basketball Federation (GABF).
    In addition, to its local obligations, the BABA has the responsibility of preparing the male and female Berbice teams, to represent the county at any regional  tournaments.
